Data-driven marine science

We study immune systems, disease dynamics, and environmental change in corals and other cnidarians, to better understand resilience in rapidly changing marine environments. Through our multi-layered approach, we examine the full picture of microbial, molecular, cellular, organismal and reef health. Operating at the intersection of marine and data science; we aim to advance meaningful solutions for coral conservation.
